Amplifyr (“Amplifyr”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates this site. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through amplifyr.se and any associated services.

We only collect what we need to operate the site and the email updates list:

Signup information — first name, last name, business name, and email address that you submit through the signup form.
Usage data — basic analytics events such as page views, scroll depth, time on page, form interactions, and referrer. We use Google Analytics for this.
Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, and similar information that is automatically collected by our hosting provider and analytics tools.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16, and we do not request sensitive categories of personal data.

3. How we use your data

Send you product updates, launch notifications, and access announcements.
Provide early access and onboarding when seats open.
Measure and improve how the site and product perform.
Comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse.

We rely on your consent (which you give by submitting the signup form) and our legitimate interest in running and improving the service.

4. Sub-processors we use

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the trusted providers we rely on to operate the service:

Supabase — stores signups in our database.
EmailOctopus — manages our mailing list and delivers email updates.
Vercel — hosts the website and serverless functions.
Google Analytics — measures aggregate site usage.

Each provider processes data under its own terms and security commitments.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep signup data for as long as you remain subscribed, and for a reasonable period after launch so we can complete onboarding. If you ask us to remove your information, we will do so promptly.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email info@amplifyr.se. You can unsubscribe from our email updates at any time using the link in any email we send.

7. Cookies and tracking

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies for analytics and site functionality. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may affect how the site works for you.

8. Security

We use industry-standard security practices, including encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No system is ever perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

9. International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. Where required, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. If a change materially affects how we use your data, we will notify subscribers by email.
